We know who the top developers are, where they work and how to reach them.  Additionally, for each new search we expand our marketplace understanding by conducting extensive new research.  We use Big Data performance based analytics to create metrics that enable rapid and customized targeting.  We then professionally contact these targeted developers to discuss the opportunity.

Developers ignore the daily bombardment of generic solicitations that lack  personal touch or insight. Companies that can successfully engage top developers are poised for sustained growth organizations face today.  We employ proprietary methodology based upon  StackScore motivational drivers, generates a 3x response rate, allowing us to rapidly bring top performers to the table. 

Assess

Through in-depth needs assessment consulting we gain a comprehensive understanding of a client's goals and cultural DNA.  We provide a nuanced perspective of each candidate.  We thoroughly analyze each candidate’s skills, abilities, experience, and personal attributes and compare those to the competencies defined that are needed to succeed.  For each candidate, we present a StackTalent Scorecard, rating a candidate's fit against a clients specific requirements.

Hiring top developers requires a different process to ensure success while ensuring the candidate is a good DNA fit for the company’s culture.   Once we have great candidates in consideration, like the conductor of a symphony, we coordinate the myriad elements to bring candidate and company into harmony.
