Through in-depth needs assessment consulting we gain a comprehensive understanding of a client's goals and cultural DNA.  We provide a nuanced perspective of each candidate.  We thoroughly analyze each candidate’s skills, abilities, experience, and personal attributes and compare those to the competencies defined that are needed to succeed.  For each candidate, we present a StackTalent Scorecard, rating a candidate's fit against a clients specific requirements.
